Catwoman continues to look and sound great. Winick's focus on Selina is exactly what a solo title should be like, with the plot being used to give more depth to the main character. March's visuals have given the book an identity and really brought to life the world Catwoman inhabits. Again this issue proves that Catwoman is a title that shouldn't be taken on face value. Issue #10 stumbles fairy significantly during the big action sequence and its immediate aftermath, but on the whole this new storyline seems a promising one. The main challenge for Winick will be to more elegantly work in Selina's personal turmoil with the conflict at hand. Read Full Review
So, this was another solid issue. Nothing really elevated it above any other issue this week though. There are some interesting developments taking place, mainly with Spark not being who he says he is, and I still can't figure out what the angle Selina is working with the detective. Dollhouse is super creepy, but I kind of wish he had more to his gimmick other than just selling organs... that just kind of falls flat, somewhat boring for my taste. Oh well.
