Art is spectacular. Story is still so-so.
I have to ask...does Jeph Loeb have a Catwoman fetish or something? I don't know that I've ever seen a character sexualized as much as Catwoman is in this story. A lot of characters get sexualized in comics, but it's not usually this obvious. Horny Riddler and his constant passes at Selina is growing old real fast.
