Captain Cold and the Rogues were accessories to the murder of Bart Allen. But just as they try to disappear underground, good old-fashioned revenge yanks them back.
I give this book 5 out of 5 all round, because it really is just such a good book. Make sure you pick this up, even if you aren't picking up any other Flash or Final Crisis books; you don't need them for this, and you won't regret it. Read Full Review
It's rare to have a story told from the villain's perspective and Johns does an excellent job of getting someone like myself, with no previous experience with these characters, into each of the villains' heads.
