This is it! The moment you've been waiting six long issues for! The identity of Harley Sinn is revealed, and Harley's gang has found their great leader. But trouble is only beginning for Har-oh who are we kidding? This is the issue where Harley and her Gang kick butt on her captors (and she gets quite a few shots with her mallet as well), as Harley Quinn teaches her gang the most important lesson of all: losing stinks, so win-and never leave Brooklyn if you can help it.
The way I see it,Harley Quinn and Her Gang of Harleys#6 provided an immensely satisfying and fitting ending to this arc. Seriously, wait until you get a load of those final pages. The door is left open for these concepts to return and it goes without saying that I hope this is just the beginning. Read Full Review
With superb writing, and a near perfect visual story –Harley Quinn and Her Gang of Harleys #6 is the perfect ending to this thrill ride. We couldn't get enough. Do we even need to mention that ending? What a brilliant way of teeing the series off for something bigger. If that concept gets followed through at a later date – we'll be counting down the days. We won't spoil it for you, but it's such a brilliant reveal that really pays off. If you're looking for a wild story that has genuine heart and depth – don't missHarley Quinn and Her Gang of Harleys #6. Read Full Review
Harley Quinn and her Gang of Harleys comes to a conclusion, and possibly not quite the conclusion you might have expected. What had been a loosely-organized clique of Harley Quinn wannabes, most of whom were presumed dead after the first issue, has become a cohesive group of supportive friends who happen to have no compunctions against murdering with their bare hands. What are friends for, if not to wring the last gasps of life from our mutual enemies? And that's the best lesson to be learned from this series: the value of friendship. And the value of money. That Harley Sinn was living pretty well on her daddy's blackmail dough. Read Full Review
The more this mini went on, the more I enjoyed it. I have criticized this and the regular Harley book for not developing the side characters, but that is no longer such a big problem. Big Tony in particular is developing into one of my favorite characters in comics, not only in this mini but the other Harley titles. The one thing that was somewhat of a letdown was the fact that Joker is involved at the end. I am not a Harley and Joker fan so I am not looking forward to future Joker/Sinn team ups. But I understand that (other) people do like him. Read Full Review
Harley Quinn and Her Gang of Harleys calls it a wrap, finally defeating Sinn and her Island of horrors with an assist from offshore and more. Palmiotti and Tieri seem to have tried out a lot of ideas with this limited run, some of which were successful and some of them maybe less so, but the finale will certainly have people talking when Sinn is taken under the tutelage of one the baddest of the bad (and worst of the worst!). This series makes for a solid one-off read, but this particular issue will likely set serious implications in motion for Harley's future happiness: stay tuned to her regular series title as I'm sure there is more to come! If you're a fan of Harley Quinn, or you just want to enjoy a good read then this an issue that's definitely for you. It wouldn't be Harley Quinn if it didn't have some funny moments in it — and that it does. I went into this book thinking it was going to be boredom. I'm glad that it wasn't. I was thinking boredom because I usually review Batman, Action Comics, or other “standard” bearing issues, so Harley Quinn was outside my realm. I'm glad to say I took that step outside what I normally read here and actually enjoyed it. I'm looking forward to actually reading more issues of Harley Quinn to see how this group deals with certain threats in the future.Check out Harley Quinn and her Gang of Harleys— you'll definitely enjoy it! While much of the content in Harley Quinn and her Gang of Harleys #6 feels like it's spinning wheels to fill pages, the sniping is exciting and the concluding pages a great surprise. Ultimately I don't think this series needed to exist, in part because not enough was done to make the team feel cohesive and interesting, but if its purpose was to create a new villain it succeeded.
