The pacing of this book is spot-on " with the action likely peaking within this issue, we have the last two issues left to wrap up any loose ends and show the fall out... but I can't help but wish that last issue will also tease at where this character is headed next, in hopes that we see more of her soon. I had no real downsides to this issue. It's great stuff. I'm a little curious where she's getting her high tech toys from, like a jammer she used on the boat to take out radio, cell, and wifi, but it's not a big hole and there are several possible explanations. As I said, it's more I'm curious. Read Full Review

Gotham Spoilers - Gotham Spoilers Jan 4, 2012

What's getting me are these hints towards cats in the last two issues. If you read my twitter feed before this, you know what I'm getting at. People seem to think that this is actually Helena Wayne (daughter of Earth 2 Bruce Wayne and Selina Kyle) thus this book is actually in Earth 2, like the upcoming Justice Society. If that turns out to be the case, I have to admit, I'm gonna feel cheated. It's not what I bought in to. If after saying "Helena Bertinelli" in interview/solicits, putting Huntress in Bertinelli's costume, giving her Bertinelli's Italian heritage/connection, and say right from announcement that the events in this book will tie into Birds of Prey (a book you can't even argue is set in Earth 2) prior to the mentioning of Justice Society or Mister Terrific, then pull the rug out from under everyone, I'm going to be kind of pissed. Helena Wayne isn't the character I care about, sorry. Read Full Review

Comic Vine - Sara 'Babs' Lima Jan 4, 2012

If the people who worked on this book just took a little bit more time to fill in the gaps, this score would have been considerably higher. The thing is, I have really enjoyed this series and I think it has some really great qualities; but this was just too much. As much as it pains me to give such a beautiful book so low of a score, I am far too disappointed in the lack of common sense in the writing. Could have been much better. Nevertheless, Marcus To's art in this book is it's most redeeming quality. Read Full Review
