In the end, a very minor nit-pick in a good character developing story. It did not really advance the overall plot but it was good to see more spotlight given to Damian who has had some rough times in this series with still more changes to come. Read Full Review

Despite some disappointingly off-model artwork, Buccellato brings back some true emotional depth to the conflict of Injustice by reacquainting us with Batman's estranged son, his relationship with other Bat-related heroes and villains, and his newfound purpose in Superman's regime. Damian's got a secret angel on his shoulder, though we don't know if there's a plot hatching with regard to this interloper, and it will be very interesting to see how this plays out when (hopefully) Damian comes face-to-face with his father! This is the best issue of Injustice I have read this year. The story wasn't epic but it was emotionally driven and most importantly fun. It adds to the hype and momentum that this story needs to make it all the way to the finish line. Read Full Review

The Fandom Post - Chris Beveridge Feb 4, 2016

Injustice closes out a couple of things here for the moment while keeping the larger war alive so there isn't a lot in the way of surprises here. I like the fight that we get at the manor, muted as it is, and I enjoyed the brief time against Killer Croc. It's the character material that clicks the best here, notably with Selina and her making some pretty plain stands here. This issue, as you can tell by the cover, also brings Hawkman back into play as he's coming back to Earth to find Shiera as she wasn't on Thanagar when he got there. Suffice to say, lots of anger management will be needed once he lands and sees what's going on here, and what she's involved with. It's just a tease at this stage, but a well done one. Weird Science - Jim Werner Feb 2, 2016

With a limited amount of time left in this series, it is sad that we get a chapter like this. Most of what happened was old hat and felt out of place this late in the story. I guess it was an okay jumping on point for new readers since some very basic concepts were explained for the hundredth time, but a hundred or so issues in, it just felt silly. The chapter ended with a pissed off Hawkman and that is something that interests me going forward. I hope it pays off. Read Full Review
