The victims of Ivy's parasitic contagion have begun to converge. As the clock begins to tick down to an explosive confrontation between Pamela Isley's past and present, the verdant villain finds herself embroiled in a life-and-death battle to survive. And what's more, her deceased friends aren't the only ones creeping through Slaughter Swamp.
It's impressive that this series has lasted so long, and it's a testament to the character's potential as a solo lead. Read Full Review

As always, G. Willow Wilson continues to impress, perfectly capturing the complexities of Poison Ivy's tragic past and hopeful future, as Pamela works to hold herself accountable while fixing her mistakes in any way she can. Luana Vecchio's art is stunning, vibrant and full of life, even when depicting the rotting and deceased. While Poison Ivy's journey of redemption and growth may never end,Poison Ivy#17 is utterly successful at ushering in the final battle of Ivy's "Lamia Era," which will potentially define the hero's journey for years to come. Ivy's not entirely a BAD book. There are still some interesting threads to follow in terms of Ivy's individual character. The artwork is always top-notch. However, I can't help but feel DC has fallen very far if this is supposed to be the best that they can offer. It's just not enough for me.Score: 7/10 Read Full Review
