    Issue #8 is a done-in-one affair like so many previous chapters have been. For the most part, the writers make good use of the limited space available. Mitch's quest for answers yields a few more tidbits about his past, and he builds an unexpectedly tender bond with one of his pursuers. Unfortunately, the ending falls a bit flat in the sudden rush to set up next month's Suicide Squad crossover. DC has a pretty strong track record so far with these little mini-crossovers, and Resurrection Man doesn't seem likely to break that trend.
