    Though there are many odd tropes that fill this issue, I'm still really enjoying the heck out of this series. The characters are interesting, the story is engaging, and I want to see how Richard Wentworth balances his secret life with his real identity. Will the Spider defeat Anput? Of course he will, but it is the adventure getting to that point that is thrilling. There's still time to pick up the previous issues and get caught up on what is going on, and I'm giving The Spider #3 4.5 out of 5 Stars. Read Full Review

    Yes, oh yes, it's one of the few books that I won't let anyone on this site read and review, and I have the choice of any Image, Boom!, Zenescope, Dynamite, IDW, Arcana, or Viper book. So, read this book and you won't regret it. Read Full Review

    The Spider #3 is a decent enough comic book with some story issues that hopefully will work themselves out over time. Despite any potential drawbacks I still found myself enjoying the read, for that reason alone this issue squeaks by with a recommendation. Read Full Review
