"The American Way of Death, part 4"- Dredd has looked Death in the eye before... but never like this! He realizes The only way to beat the Dark Judges is to send them back to Deadworld in a crazy sacrifice play involving D-jump machines as well as a whole lot of blood, sweat and ammo. His only allies: a turncoat Dark Judge, a furry ex-con with a pickaxe, and... what's this? A long-lost love from Dredd's past, back to settle up an old debt?

An America Way Of Death is a story full of big ideas, and they don't all run their course in the finale. While this issue says it's the conclusion, hopefully we get some follow-up. There are more Dark Judges now, and they need their chance to shine. Read Full Review

Everything has been clicking on all cylinders, until now. It all just kind of thudded here. But as this arc ends, a new one begins and the possible return of a mainstay, at least in some sort of form. So, I have my hopes up that this one can be brushed away quickly and we head to the next one. Read Full Review

Although this still hasn't realized it's full potential, at least this issue is better then the last few. I have no idea what the sludge from the Cursed Earth is supposed to be, if this was in a previous issue, then a note to that effect is necessary because there is no lead up or explanation for it. Infuriatingly, 'American Way of Death' still has almost no Judge Death! On top of that, the end of this arc concludes nothing. I was hoping to pick up 4 issues of a Judge Death arc and duck back out of this lackluster series, but it looks like I won't be getting that either. Here's to hoping the next arc improves on this one.
