With 'City Fall,' just around the corner in the main title, this run does nothing but help build the hype for more of Shredder and I'm especially excited to see how things will go from here now knowing the huge changes to his origin. As with the three issues that proceeded, this comic looks freaking grand. Shocker, I know. Santolouco just blows it out of the water, from the cover to the final panel, it all looks jaw-dropping gorgeous. The scene where April punches a dude out is my absolute favorite, as it feels like the guy is flying off the page; like he might fall out of the comic you are reading and into your lap. The issue doesn't quite fulfill its goal of adding new dimensions to the Foot Clan or its leader, but it does add some valuable history. Besides, Santolouco's art is worth the price of admission alone. Read Full Review
I am excited to see where they go with the Krang. How does he fit into this story and what are his goals? The other detail that excites me is whether or not Saki faces other Foot Clan members fighting his tyranny. Thoughts on what you guys want to see being explored? Read Full Review
Since this mini-series has been so darn great, its sad to see it go out with a whimper, instead of a bang. I recommend The Secret History of The Foot Clan to anybody who will listen, but this issue is making me look bad. Maybe the previous issues overachieved and set the bar too high.
