A spectacular character-heavy adventurous story arc comes to a quiet but powerful ending, as ‘Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles' #139 completes the series' event connections while building for what comes next. Everything about this title continues to be one of the best on the shelves and one of the best stories being told featuring these iconic characters. Read Full Review

serves as a breather before the Armageddon Game finale, but it is not without its own significance. The art and colors are impressive. The splash pages, in particular, are a beautiful showcase of the turtles' past and potential futures. Additionally, the heartfelt moments between the turtles add depth to the story. Overall, this issue is an enjoyable read for fans of the TMNT franchise. Read Full Review

The central idea may be on the clunky side, but the execution of the issue is top-notch. Read Full Review

The penultimate issue of this epic and long running arc goes for a quiet, introspective approach that highlights the bonds formed between these brothers, their new sister and many others over the course of this 140+ issue run. And its phenomenal. Espeicslly the artistic representation. I dont wanna give anything any but this was just a sublime read and proves this creative team still have a *ton* in the tank to go. I've not read the entire run or anything. But I felt something reading this.

The art in this was amazing and I really hope to see a long run with Fero Pe on board. Would have loved it if they were the artist for Armageddon Game. The story was good and carried some emotional weight though I'm concerned we've already had many amazing similar issues and fear getting them too often will start to take away from their impact. But seeing Mikey as a big time celeb in the future was the best!
