Philo has found love. Well, he's found the Cupidae, anyway. And he's decided to interrogate one. This goes exactly as well as you'd expect, so now ALL the Cupidae are coming for him, with thousands and thousands of tiny arrows.
The artwork has been consistently great these past two issues. The cupid characters all look alike on the whole, but have great expressions (especially when they're angry or confused). There is one graphic scene, but the artist did a great job of having it be graphic but not gory; it was the perfect balance, if you ask me. I still love the chosen color palette, and this issue cover has probably been my favorite so far. Read Full Review
An addition to a refreshingly original story with popping art that is almost as addicting as the script itself. A worthy candidate to add to subscriptions, with a lot of potential to concrete itself among the top charts. Read Full Review
