It is a lot more varied than Squirrel Girl.

YourGreenMuse - May 18, 2019

Both are very much their writer's humor and opinions. I just think Ryan North has better humor/opinions.

Br'er Lapin reviewed Immortal Hulk #17 May 18, 2019

This issue felt more like traditional Hulk than anything before it, but it still succeeded in being just as engaging.

Immortal Hulk #17

By: Al Ewing, Joe Bennett
Released: May 15, 2019

• Bruce Banner is trapped inside Shadow Base Site A -  powerless and hunted by their top assassin.
•  He can't run forever. He can't change form. He can't survive...without THE IMMORTAL HULK.

I think I have had my fill of this arc. I was thinking several times I wish The Last Hunt self-narration thing would shut up, because it isn't working here and has overstayed it's welcome as a homage. It is starting to feel very drawn out, repetitive, and tiresome. This arc really should have been cut down to 3 issues and 3 .HU issues.

This review will be short and sweet cause I'm still coming to myself after the latest Doom Patrol. It was something.

Good issue. Amazing art, that space battle, explosions, the action. Incredible. Seeing how other races of the cosmos respect and, maybe, fear Superman was fun and that punch delivered by Superboy was greatly satisfying, although more

Batman vs TMNT was just adapted to animation and it is pretty good! So many visual references for TMNT fans and their interactions with the Bat family works really well, some of the jokes land completely for both sets of fans. It is basically the original Tynion IV/Freddie Williams III story but more lighthearted and a complete treat to someone who has been a fan of both of these franchises since I popped out of the womb. My only complaint would be the pacing in the middle half. 8/10
