Little Monsters #8 does a great job with pace. There isnt much to Lemires script, but he fills the whole issue and keeps readers on the edge of their seats. Nguyens tri-color art is the books strong suit; his working relationship with Lemire gives readers amazing visuals. Little Monsters continues to be an excellent little horror book. Read Full Review
Albeit touching at times, Little Monsters #8 doesn't do a great deal to move things forward. Still, that's not to say it's stagnant it moves backwards and sideways as opposed to forward to add even more background still to our ragtag vampire group. Read Full Review

Besides a little origin for one of the kids, we get nothing in plot progression. Did not feel engaging to me as other issues have.
