Nicolas Raider's operation is a reflection of the man himself: backbreaking work, ruthless kidnapping and mistreatment of children, the cruelty of the guards-all characteristic of and authorized by him. Everything will need to go precisely according to plan if Abel and his crew hope to make it out alive.
Jorge Corona delivers some beautiful and detailed visuals throughout this issue. Everything from the dream sequence to the flood is rendered brilliantly. An issue like this could have been kind of dull, given the fact that the last installment was charging so confidently in the direction of confrontation. A chapter like this might feel like a bit of a derailment of momentum.
