Of course it's good. It's Sex Criminals. It's got humor, topical concepts, grossness and some of the most relatable, heavy exploration of relationships comic books as a medium has to offer. What's not to love? Read Full Review
The one curveball I got in this issue that I'm surprised I hadn't seen coming (given the subject matter) was the 8-panel page buried at the end of the letters column. I won't spoil anything, but heads up kids - this last page of every Sex Criminals is rapidly becoming the printed comic equivalent of the Marvel movie post-credit scene. And this bit could very well be hinting at where the book intends to go after all the junk with Kegelface gets resolved. I'll be interested to see what Fraction and Zdarsky have to say about the issues it raises. Read Full Review
This is the rare book that lets its characters drive the narrative, and it's continually the better for it. No title featuring an ill-phrased ode to hot dogs should be this affecting, but no book is quite like this one. Read Full Review
Matt Fraction shines best when it's focusing on the troubled relationship between Jon and Susie that he somehow manages to make feel so real. But the overall story arcs tend to move very slow at times. It was still another solid issue of this good series. Read Full Review
