In the end, Stray Bullets #30 just doesn't impress. It has a bizarre story with hateful characters and a meandering plot that starts from and goes nowhere. The art isn't bad, but it doesn't help the experience either. I can't recommend this one, and you should give it a pass. Read Full Review
The original Amy Racecar stories were interesting as a reflection/reinterpretation of Virginia Applejack's experiences via her in-story fiction. Now that these are basically just "Stray Bullet Babies", they feel self-indulgent and slow down the ongoing plot. They're the vegetables you hate to eat in an otherwise appetizing meal.
