Another strong episode in a series that one feels readers will look back on with a great deal of fondness. Sure, the elements feel familiar, but tales of family, betrayal and the promise of bloodshed tend to run in only one direction. Overall, That Texas Blood #3 delivers and intriguing mystery style story that takes readers on an emotional ride leaving us wanting to find out more and more about our characters pasts as well as their futures and the art takes us into a beautiful new world full of darkness and mystery that makes us feel as though we are living in the pages of the story. It seems the decision to stretch the central story of That Texas Blood into an anthology approach may have left the best elements behind, at least in the initial outing of "A Brother's Conscience." Read Full Review
I really liked this issue and while theres not a lot of signs to where this is exactly headed its building a great world and characters that you can't help but really like. I feel like each issue has been better than the last so far and its because it builds off each other so well.
