End of Story Arc. They call aging punk Jacky Magus a sellout, just because he's betrayed his principles. Jacky Magus rolls his eyes. Oh, you sweet naive things. He hasn't even begun to sell out yet. As the first arc of The Power Fantasy ends, we discover exactly what what the world's worth.
Gillen himself says that his biggest criticism of his own work is its pacing. Hes just trying to cran way too much into every issue and so it can feel rushed. Its a valid criticism. What hes doing might not have the same sense of urgency if it had a better sense of pacing, though. The crazy rush of events that collide on the page feel totally out of control...which is exactly the kind of chaotic energy at the heart of the story.
