Walking Dead appears to have a new battle rising up. It will be interesting to see how Jesus deals with the new threat. The subplots do not do much for the comic but they may have a payoff down the road. This is a good read with some minor slips here and there. Read Full Review
Overall, this is an issue that further shows us how peaceful our survivors' communities are, and how dangers are always around the corners. It's good that we get to see how their lives are now, but we would rather see more of the Disguised Survivors, especially after the shocking revelations from last issue. Read Full Review

Charlie Adlard continues to shine as fans have come to expect. As the action picks up, so does Adlard's pencils. There's a panel in particular that depicts speed particularly well which also gels quite well with the sense that the story is picking up steam again as well. Read Full Review
The Walking Dead #133 may be a more placid look into the group, but it still proves as engaging as ever. It also gives some great character developments, and despite lacking excitement it still sports some form of intensity and mystery. Recommended. Read Full Review
The plot is moving at a faster pace. By the end of the issue, readers will see that the body count will increase in the future. After a slower pace for the past few issues, it will be exciting to be on the edge of your seat once again. With a higher risk of danger, The Walking Dead thrives, and from the looks of it, things are going to pick up in a satisfying way. Until Kirkman and Adlard can convince readers that the Whisperers are something to be feared, they won't be held to the same standards as past memorable antagonists. Read Full Review

Not too much action but it still keeps your interest by filling in some story lines and continuing to keep us teased with the new bunch of deadheads floating around and hunting them.
