I love finding comics that are completely different and this falls directly into that category. It's an insane premise with oddities all over the place, but it's intelligently put together and is heavily entertaining. The entire comic book is extremely entertaining and I simply can't wait to see what happens next. Don't let this pass under your radar. Read Full Review
We're two courses into this series and, as we head into the entree and desert, I'm not sure how this whole meal is going to play out. All I know is that Kristensen and Perker are keeping the menu exciting with Todd: The Ugliest Kid on Earth #2, and they have me salivating for more. Read Full Review
If you haven't managed to get the first issue do so. This series is at least worth a gander to see if it's you type of thing. Read Full Review
Im going to begin with saying that this is a messed up book, but in a good way. Todd is in prison for a murder he did not commit. While in there Todd has encountered some interesting convicts including Caesar who has become Todds friend. The police chief believes he is a hero and thinks he is going to be on the Nancy Grace show but another childs body is found because the true killer is still free. Todds parents just found out he has been arrested. This book is full of dark humor and things most people would find unpleasant, so if you are easily offended I would stay clear of this series. The art style is very different but it works for the book, its very cartoony but works perfect for the story. Like I said the story is really screwed up but I have a sick sense of humor so I think its funny as Hell. If you are looking for some cheap laughs or just need something new to read, this is the book for you! Read Full Review
Todd: The Ugliest Kid on Earth is not a book for everyone. It's dark, twisted, full of unlikable characters but also original and strangely appealing. The humor is definitely an acquired taste but if you're into it, you'll get a unique story with a lovable main character. This issue has too much going on and while the series is running the risk of becoming needlessly excessive, it's still worth a read. Though not as good as the first, Todd: The Ugliest Kid on Earth #2 earns 3 out of 5 stars. I want to see where Kristensen and Perker will take us next. And that worries me. Read Full Review
