  Transformers #35 is a strong setup issue that balances multiple storylines while still keeping the emotional and strategic stakes clear. It may move a little slower than some recent issues, but the groundwork it lays for Wheeljack, Optimus, the Aerialbots, and the larger conflict makes the issue feel important.
