    Geekality - Sal Brucculeri Jan 22, 2013

If you are looking to read a really fun action packed comic with a great sense of drama then this would be the comic for you. Another thing I would like to add is that no matter what issue you pick up, whether it is your first Witchblade or your 163rd, Top Cow always does a good job of informing the reader what has been going on in the first page review as well as throughout the story. A little something to keep in mind in case you are a new reader or are thinking about hopping on… which you should, because Witchblade is really good, is that you will always get a sense of a complete story within every comic but will still be eager to find out what will happen next time. Hat's off to Top Cow for making such an amazing comic for so many years. Read Full Review

In the meantime if you didn't read issue 162 this may be a hard spot to jump on, but next issue looks to be starting a new arc so that's probably as good a place as any. Otherwise give it a shot you just might be pleasantly surprised. Read Full Review

I was impressed by the restraint in the issue by not objectifying the lead as I had assumed Witchblade was wont to do, and figured I must be wrong about this comic, but DON'T WORRY - Sara's shirt is torn in battle, and then another character is characterised by having breasts bigger than her head, because: boobs. Besides some imaginative flourishes, this is one to leave on the shelf. Read Full Review
