Amazing Spider-Man #18.1 provides the type of introspective and morally-challenges story that many expected we'd get from the book in the post-Superior era. Enjoying Conway's story more than Barberi's art, especially when he does characters out of costume. Nice to see accurate characterization of Black Cat, rather than what we're seeing in the main series.
This mob story just still feels a little below the Spider-Man character. Why can't we get some more classic villains involved. The fight between Spidey and Black Cat has this minor resolution that doesn't really explain what happened in Issue 18. I know it takes place before, but it just doesn't quite make sense.
