While not terrible, it wasn't a very exciting comic either. I notice Chichester stories tend to start out big before meandering for the rest of the issue, and this is a good example of that. Daredevil #314 starts with a somewhat interesting nightmare sequence, only to kind of get bogged down in setting up this new story with a classic Daredevil villain Mr. Fear and his daughter. There's some sinister ideas to the story, but it's not explored enough to really work that well.
