This could have been fun and even is at times. The new Mr. Fear - his daughter who calls herself "Shock" unleashes the fears of New York citizens and Daredevil has to stop her and the resulting chaos. There's some good visuals accompanying this but the dialogue reads like Chichester is barely holding things together in telling a coherent story and, knowing how often he fails at that, it really does feel like the story just barely works for a reason - it just barely works on the whole and is rather underwhelming.
