Nerd Initiative - Megan Nichole
Feb 18, 2026This comic perfectly captures the qualities of the characters that make Daredevil and the Punisher who they are and why they’re constant fan favorites. Jimmy Palmiotti expertly shows the oil and water effect of the two characters that shouldn’t work together, but work oh so well. Read Full Review

Feb 18, 2026Daredevil & Punisher: The Devil’s Trigger #4 moves the story forward well, also delivering an entertaining issue. Even with the story bogging down at times, the action and reveals keep the reader engaged and entertained. This series has been a more than worthwhile read and if you are a fan of either or both of these characters, there is something in this series for you. Read Full Review

Comic Book Clique - Frank Jarome
Feb 18, 2026I have made no secret of the fact that I was not a fan at all of the last Daredevil ongoing series; it actually soured me a little bit on a character that I love so much. This miniseries has helped to rekindle my love of the character, and has made me more appreciative of a well-written Punisher as well. It has driven me to pull out some of my older Daredevil issues, and I have actually tracked down some Punisher books to read more about him. If that does not tell you that the creative team has done a great job with these characters, then I do not know what will. In the end, the penultimate fourth issue of Daredevil & Punisher: Devil’s Trigger is just a darn fine comic book, which knows what it wants to do and does it with skill and precision. It's a pretty cool series. Good dynamic between Frank and Matt. Pretty solid art.

Not a whole lot happens in this issue. Daredevil and Punisher have their meeting and kill their would-be assassins. That's it. I think it concludes next issue. This story is paper thin. No pun intended. The action is good, but I wish there was a little more. My Review Channel - https://youtu.be/5UfOn0d7BH8
