It is currently unrevealed wither Elektra's silence is a plot element or just a stylistic roll of the dice. Either way it works with the whole team pulling off the tricky concept. It would be F'n cool if Elektra doesn't say a word for the entire story arc! I guess I'll be around to find out. Read Full Review
You'd be hard pressed to find someone with a more dubious outlook on the whole Secret Invasion storyline than mine, so my sudden enthusiasm for this series should tell you a lot about what Wells and artist Clay Mann are able to accomplish in this first issue. There's not a whole lot of substance at work in these pages, but there is a ton of style, and just enough dramatic meat to make you hungry for more. Read Full Review
With the plethora of Dark Reign mini series coming out it may be hard to pick out the gems in the bunch. This makes my job of reviewing a lot more satisfying as I can point you in the direction of some series that deserve your attention. Take my word for it, pick up this book. Read Full Review

I liked this issue enough that I'll be coming back again for the second part, but I'm also unsure of how much staying power this will have or even how important this will be in regards to the rest of the Marvel Universe. I actually suspect this series will fall between the cracks when the upcoming diluge of Dark Reign miniseries start pouring onto the shelves. Read Full Review
