Jun 18, 2008Whatever flaws Guardians may have, though, I forgive them for the sheer sense of fun and excitement the book delivers. Between this series and Nova, cosmic Marvel is undergoing a new golden age. That alone is enough to pique my interest for Annihilation 3. Read Full Review

Jun 21, 2008Guardians of the Galaxy #2 was another excellent read. DnA are doing a hell of a job on this title. I strenuously urge you to give this title a chance. DnA are cranking out a title that is a balanced read and one seriously entertaining ride. Guardians of the Galaxy is absolutely worth your hard earned money. Read Full Review

Jul 05, 2008As someone who came into this series inspired by the promise of something new given life by Pelletier's art, I can honestly say I have been quite pleased with this title. The second time around has the same narrative I hate and more cracks in the armour are starting to show. It's definitely still worth picking up, but this title isn't grabbing me like the original Annihilation or DnA's Nova ongoing. Read Full Review

Abnett's technobabble that explains how Major Victory and Cap's Shield got frozen in a chunk of ice in space confuses me, but just like last issue, Guardians of the Galaxy 2 is nevertheless action packed and funny
