Anybody who's enjoyed the movies and hoped to see more of that particular vibe reflected in the comics will thoroughly enjoy this. It perfectly captures that mix of real world grounding and flawed human charm, without sacrificing anything from the comics' history. And I'll say again how cool this liquid armor is... it's great to still see concepts in these comics that the movies can't tackle! This is an excellent "jumping on issue" and one of the best books I've read this week, right along with Deadpool. Read Full Review

The third year of Invincible Iron Man rockets into the future with a new purpose, a different angle, and yes, a different Iron Man upgrade. Who doesnt know what its like to have to rebuild after a major breakdown? Read Full Review

The story is moving a long, and little details behind Tonys new armor are starting to leak out, but again Fraction and company arent exactly breaking storytelling ground here. Its a good story though, and worth revisiting. Hopefully, well get to some real action soon. With War Machine slated to appear next issue, we most likely will. Read Full Review

Comic Book Resources - Greg McElhatton May 20, 2010

"Invincible Iron Man" has captured my attention for over two years now, and that's far longer than any past "Iron Man" team has managed. So long as Fraction, Larroca, and D'Armata are on board, I have the greatest of confidence that they'll have me around as a reader. Who knew hostile takeovers could be so much fun? Read Full Review

I do like most of the characterization of Tony Stark even if I'm not thriller (yet) with the storyline. Read Full Review
