    Fraction's Iron Man has been a series of mysteries wrapped in intruiges dipped in tempura and fried golden brown, and this issue merely ups the ante. Both sides of this fight are playing high-speed chess, and by the end of the issue, it's unclear who is really ahead. What is clear, however, is that Invincible Iron Man #518 is a good read, and even though the solicitations tried to make a game of the man in the iron mask, it's clear and makes dramatic sense what happens, earning 4.5 out of 5 stars overall.     Matt Fraction delivers some more memorable material involving the rest of the series' many villains. But with both the Detroit Steel and the Zeke Stane/Mandarin subplots, there's just too little material on hand to fully satisfy. It's a good thing this series ships as often as it does, because Invincible Iron Man has become too crowded and slow-moving for its own good at this point.     Fraction's story is relatively ambitious to have all these things going on in the same arc. Salvador Larroca's art is still stellar, but I wish some of these separate stories could have been distilled down into their own arcs or broken up a little more. Read Full Review
