Iron Man vs. the Captain! Tony Stark vs. Steve Rogers! Very good issue and the interactions between Tony and Steve are great, both of them are stubborn in their beliefs and don't give up one inch.

Summary: After Rhodey is taken to the Rocky Mountain Vault disguised as Electro, he escapes his cell & lets Iron Man inside. Iron Man & Rhodey then begin to negate the Guardsmen's armor. Iron Man is confronted by Cap, who feels that his actions are a threat to national security.
