Very good issue and the interactions between Tony and Steve are great, both of them are stubborn in their beliefs and don't give up one inch.

(Cover Date: March, 1988) Summary: After Rhodey is taken to the Rocky Mountain Vault disguised as Electro, he escapes his cell & lets Iron Man inside. Iron Man & Rhodey then begin to negate the Guardsmen's armor. Iron Man is confronted by Cap, who feels that his actions are a threat to national security.
