    Messiah CompleX has yet to show anything unimpressive or show a dull moment. Its fantastic, intense, character-driven, basically everything you would want out of a major crossover event. Each writer and artist brings a certain flavor and element to each issue and they tie together perfectly. There are hardly any continuity issues and everything manages to stay perfectly contained. Although I cant help but wonder what Tony Stark thinks about whats happening in the mutant world. Read Full Review

    It's hard not to review any issue drawn by Humberto Ramos without getting into a heated debate about his art style. I don't really feel like getting into that right now. You know by now whether you like Ramos or not. Regardless of that, I think we can all accept Ramos' style is too sharp of a departure form the overall artistic tone of Messiah Complex. If the creators failed in any one area of this crossover, it's in achieving a consistent look. Something to think about for the inevitable follow-up crossover. We all know there will be one.     New X-Men #45 was another solid installment of the Messiah Complex. It is only natural for even the best of story arcs to have a slight dip at some point during the story. And that is what this issue was. Messiah Complex is still a fantastic story and I still encourage everyone to give this story a try. Read Full Review
