  (Cover Date: August, 1987) Summary: When Peter interrupts her phone call with the Foreigner, the Black Cat uses a smoke bomb as a distraction to escape. Before Spidey can pursue her, Flash shows up & wants Peter to go with him to see Betty. Flash uses some tough talk to make Betty realize that Ned is dead. After overhearing Felicia, Peter goes to see Keating. At his desk, Peter answers his phone, & the Black Cat gives him the Foreigner's address. Silver Sable returns most of Jonah's advance, deciding that she can't work for him. Spidey arrives at the Foreigner's place where Felicia is at. They get into a fight. Spidey determines that Foreigner is getting an edge by using hypnosis on him. After they crash onto the street, the Fo reigner disappears, & the police arrive inforce to arrest Spidey after being called by the Black Cat. The Black Cat tosses a photo down to Tork showing that Keating had pulled out the bars to the Blaze's cell. Tork lets Spidey go. Peter returns to his apartment to find MJ is having his door lock replaced. Peter receives a message from Felicia that explains her motivations. After being picked up by her, Foreigner & Silver Sable are at one of his hideaways. Foreigner tells her that he killed Keating & that he & his agents took his place to get inside the police department. more
