(Cover Date: August, 1987) Summary: When Peter interrupts her phone call with the Foreigner, the Black Cat uses a smoke bomb as a distraction to escape. Before Spidey can pursue her, Flash shows up & wants Peter to go with him to see Betty. Flash uses some tough talk to make Betty realize that Ned is dead. After overhearing Felicia, Peter goes to see Keating. At his desk, Peter answers his phone, & the Black Cat gives him the Foreigner's address. Silver Sable returns most of Jonah's advance, deciding that she can't work for him. Spidey arrives at the Foreigner's place where Felicia is at. They get into a fight.
