Red Hulk remains one of the best One World Under Doom tie-in series. Percy consistently weaves together a relatively independent General Ross character study with the bigger story. Plot

Unleashed, Red Hulk unleashes his wrath on a massive army of Doombots, while Machine Man and Deathlok radio the U.S. Army to request an extraction. The Air Force responds and gives them the coordinates on the Latverian border for the extraction.
Everyone arrives at the rendezvous point, and an Air Force representative speaks with Red Hulk/General Thaddeus Ross, warning them that he is about to be arrested for breaking the U.S. truce with Latveria. An enraged Red Hulk attacks them and says he must stop Doom's global coup d'état, but he didn't count on a new weapon: an antimatter cannon.
