Oct 02, 2025Percy has excelled in changing General Rosss circumstances issue-to-issue, showing the character from slightly different points of view as the series goes on. Plot This comic serves as a supporting title for the ONE WORLD UNDER DOOM event. After Red Hulk destroys Ryker's Hulkbuster with the Washington Monument...epic moment...Ryker disappears in the explosion. Alarms go off in the government, and a congresswoman contacts Thaddeus Ross, offering him logistical support to bring Ryker to justice, as they have all the information from his investigations. Ross knows that Ryker escaped using a magical device from Doctor Doom, so Ross travels to Latveria with Sergeant Tamika Bowden/WildStreak, Machine Man, and Deathlok.
