This series is one that never really clicked with me in the first place, but the way in which it has now concluded has especially fallen flat. Read Full Review
This whole thing was a huge missed opportunity.
The final conflict is nice and cerebral, albeit not exactly novel. And it in no way justifies the *heaps* of weak storytelling that led to it.
