She-Hulk #163 is an uplifting and lighthearted conclusion to this thematically heavy series. Jen Walters gets the resolution she deserves, Hellcat brings some fun and snark. The arts not amazing, but its not bad. This one earns a recommendation. Pick it up. Read Full Review
The issue reached a satisfying conclusion that felt entirely earned. Crisp art from Olortegui and some great character work make for a solid send off to the series. It might have been a drastic tonal shift to what we’ve come to expect in a She-Hulk series but I’m confident that it will be looked upon positively for its worthy attempt at something new with the character. She-Hulk has already been spotted in Marvel’s “Fresh Start” so it’s only a matter of time till we see Shulkie headline her own title again and this end has me excited for a new beginning. We're sad to see this book go, but this is one fantastic ride into the sunset. Read Full Review
She-Hulk summarizes her progress over this volume while defending a politically-active mutant kid from nasty humans-first protestors. It looks great and it does fascinating work tying Jen's inner struggles to her outer work as a hero and a lawyer. As a finale, though, it brings a bittersweet twinge. This issue shows a little too clearly what this series COULD have been doing all along.
