I can honestly say I haven't gotten this excited reading a comic run in a while, and that's saying something because I've read some incredible comics. Even my old not-punk-at-all ass is starting to appreciate the infectious enthusiasm with which this story develops. There are still flaws--clunky dialogue, uneven pacing, art that loses clarity in the fight scenes--but by this point, the premise of the series has come into sharp, exciting focus. This is headed to ridiculous places for the finale, and I think that's entirely a good thing.
