(Cover Date: August, 1987) Summary: Hela summons Loki (in spirit form) to witness her final victory over Thor. Thor, his spirit inside the Destroyer, crashes his way into Hel. Balder, still ill from the plague, confronts the Frost Giants invading Asgard. Thor asks Hela to restore his body, otherwise, he will destroy her realm & her. She refuses, believing he would not destroy the balance of the 9 worlds. Thor destroys Hela's skeleton soldiers that attack him. Kurse comes to Balder's aid to fight against the Frost Giants. Hela realizes that Thor's spirit in the Destroyer would kill her. She tries to destroy Thor's body, but he encases it in crystal before she can do so.
