INHUMANS VS. X-MEN TIE-IN!
• The Inhumans are at war with the X-Men, and right now, the X-Men seem to have the upper hand.
• It's during perilous times like these that heroes prove their mettle. Unfortunately for the Inhuman race, their usual heroes have been captured.
• So who's the only hope of salvation? Why, Maximus the Mad, of course!

This issue is everything an issue about Maximus should be. IT IS GLORIOUS.
Definitely an IvX must Read.
There has been a few tie-ins to IVX, and most of them seem non-essential to the main story line (as most tie-ins do) kind of filler stories just to fill gaps between the main series.... this however seems like it's on track to set up a resolution to the IVX story... if you buy no other tie-in, buy this one, could play a major roll in the IVX series!
I agree with the other two critics. This is the follow up that should be followed. Something is amiss with Maximus and his gang doing gangy stuff. It's great to see how things get resolved and if Maximux gets to benefit from this.
