UNCANNY X-FORCE has been a little all over the place from the beginning. While every issue delights in its unusual tone and Humphries fantastic ear for dialogue and stylistic sensibility, the depth behind all of this surface cool is sometimes lacking. However, an issue like this one where everything comes together so seamlessly is to be treasured.
