Stranded in an alien world, Scarlet Spider and Venom must work together to defeat Carnage!Declan Shalvey makes his return to Venom in all out symbiote warfare!
In closing, this is the issue where the arc really takes off. It reads like a terrifyingly dark space epic and it's wonderful. Read Full Review
'Minimum Carnage' is picking up steam and this action filled issue has me anticipating the next chapter. The side cast is amusing (especially Bug) and the key players have their personalities coming out in full force. There's still a lot of questions surrounding the Microverse, but I have high hopes there will be plenty of elaboration in the next issue. Oh, and action. I'm sure there'll be a good dose of that as well. Bring on part four Read Full Review
The plot started in Minimum Carnage Alpha #1 has only grown weirder since. In all the chaos, exactly what the heroes are fighting to prevent becomes an unknown variable. The downside becomes the fact that neither Venom or Scarlet Spider appear to have a personal stake in the story aside from saving a damsel in distress, a tired old cliche that doesn't look like it will be defied anytime soon. Venom #26 is a very good chaotic romp of microscopic significance, but nonetheless keeps a rather epic scale. Recommended. Read Full Review
The third installment of Minimum Carnage isn't as strong as the second, but it's still a fun read, and the ending, which promises a one-on-one brawl between killer symbiote and killer clone, will leave you eagerly anticipating the next part. Read Full Review
Ultimately for Venom fans, this crossover may be a necessary evil. I, for one, do not love it and am excited for Bunn to get back to Venoms solo adventures. If youre with me then at least we dont have long to wait. Read Full Review
I'm enjoying Minimum Carnage more and more as the story goes on. Bunn and Yost are creating something fun and unique here, weaving an unusual sci-fi tale. It's the last place you'd think to find these characters but it works. This issue unfortunately is brought down half a star for poor art that could have, and should have been better. Venom #26 gets 2.5 out of 5 stars. Read Full Review
