A fun issue with nice action and fights between Spidey and the Vulture however the vulturians slightly let it down being quite boring at times.

What's going on with Aunt May? In about 200+ ASM issues, she said that Spider-Man is a hero, and now she's guided by the Daily Bugle? Is it a memory lose? (considering the fourth annual of the "Peter Parker: The Spectacular Spider-Man", I wouldn't be surprised)
