    (Cover Date: January, 1988) Summary: A Skrull wins a bet with another alien by subduin̈g the Watcher using one of Galactus' lost weapons. The Skrull & the Watcher have a bet based on the winner of a football game that Spidey is playing with some kids. If the Watcher wins, he gets his freedom & Galactus' weapon. If he loses, he gives his arsenal to the Skrull & loses his life. Despite interference from the Skrull, Spidey's team wins after making a huge comeback. The Watcher sends the Skrull to Las Vegas, where he has been transformed into a Joker playing card, watching the bettors but unable to bet.
