It feels like there's a disconnect between the story the creators think they're telling and the story that appears on the page, and I'm not entirely sure they envisioned the same one to begin with. Read Full Review
There are a few splashes of fun here. The art has some joyful manga-esque moments, and the dialogue has some witty snark. The narration and setting are arbitrary, though--and of course, it's all growing from the poisoned ground of a singularly dumb event.
meh. Not bad, but not memorable or good either.
Something went very wrong with the construction of this issue.
