Nemesis's tour of terror hits Washington D.C. and hits it hard. Luckily, the Chief of Police has an idea on how to stop the super-villain-- but can you stop a one man hurricane of violence and mayhem?
The answer to this will come mostly from what McNiven can do. It would be hard for this series to switch artist in the middle of its run. The last issue was several months ago and it does not seem like the artist will increase his cadence. Again, the work is beautiful and more attuned to European comic books than American comics. The realism of the character shines and the action is easy to read. There are a lot of poster worthy pages in this comic book. Some of the images dont even look like McNiven applied inks to them but its not a complaint. It feels raw and its good. This series is recommended for readers who enjoyed Kick-Ass Read Full Review
I am absolutely loving Nemesis. I'm actually being shocked and entertained, despite the nagging voice in the back of my head that knows Millar's every stroke is practically screaming "LET ME SHOCK AND ENTERTAIN YOU!" Millar haters will doubtless find a lot to cry about and deride, but issue #2 of Nemesis was just a good time as far as I'm concerned. Read Full Review
This one is not for the kids. Adults only due to the rapid swearing and violence. However, overall, I'd say pick this one up because it looks like it could become a well rounded series. As of right not, the writing and art will drag you in, but the story itself is it's only weak point. Read Full Review
