I enjoyed the story and dig the art. Worth checking out and I plan on continuing the series.

Non-linear story telling, definitely an enjoyable horror story. Temple Templesmith art grew on me, near the end of the issue I got it.
You can tell Tom and Ryan are huge fans of comics and they get the medium.

This is a solid start, and it has all the main beats you would want for this type of story.

    Cryopod failue? Check.

Hostile planet but its the only thing left in the universe so its a do or die mission? Check.

Unspeakable horrors and mass death? Check.

Mission off the a disastrous start? Check.

    I just have two issues.

    1) This story is totally fine but doesnt innovate much. It doesnt have the best hook.
    2) The art doesnt feel appropriate for this type of story. Its not great for a sci-fi. I wish the art had more grit and 'bleakness' if you will. Something feels lacking.

All in all a good read but not great.

Good start. The story is easy to get into and the mysteries are interesting.
