A good follow up and continuation on the story from issue 1. I am looking forward to issue #3 and I am hoping that this series continues beyond that!
Cover by Romina Moranelli, with publishing credits from Scout, Aspen, Action Lab, Disney, Marvel, and more.

I want to start off by saying this is probably a comic that is not for everyone. The story telling is a little hard to wrap your head around and the art can be a bit disorienting. That being said this comic is right up my alley and I enjoyed it quite a bit. It is one of the books that I find myself randomly thinking about. If you like it you will really like it, if not you will probably hate it.

I enjoyed the story and dig the art. Worth checking out and I plan on continuing the series.
Cover by series artist Ben Templesmith, known for his work with IDW, Image, Oni Press, Dark Horse, and more.
Tom Garcia and Ryan Sargeant, the hosts of the Comic Tom 101 YouTube Channel with over 12 million views, team up with legendary horror artist BEN TEMPLESMITH (30 Days of Night) for this three-issue story of suspense and survival.
It was a fun read and I am looking forward to the rest of the series.
From Brendon Small, the man who brought you Dethklok and Metalocalypse, comes a high stakes intergalactic extreme rock comic. Based on his album, Galaktikon, we follow Triton, intergalactic hero of the universe, who will face the ultimate outer space struggle: getting over his divorce.
This was great! Overall, a fantastic read and honestly something I want to see more of!
In the spirit of the Golden Age of comics, Eric Powell brings you a new anthology series featuring his fan favorite creations. The Goon, Hillbilly, La Diabla, Lester of the Lesser Gods and Lula the Bearded Girl will all be featured in the pages of Albatross Exploding Funnybooks! But that's not all. The series will also contain ...
I enjoyed this comic quite a lot. The story was good and set the stage well. The only downside is that there are no more issues at this time. If you enjoy comics by albatross funnybooks you will like this one!
From Eric Powell (The Goon), Lucky Yates (Comedian and voice of Dr. Krieger from Archer), Mac Cushing (Spook House) and Eisner Award-winning artist Gideon Kendall (Megaghost) comes Lester of the Lesser Gods! Lester has no friends and no life. That is until Satan unleashes the Apocalypse! No longer is he a 3...
Another great entry into the series
Hillbilly and Lucille, the giant saber-toothed bear, look up some old friend to join them on a quest.
This is exactly the type of comic I was looking for my 9- and 10-year-old. Something spooky, but not so much that I had to worry about nightmares or anything too graphic. The variety of stories keep it interesting, and I have no doubt that this series will become a staple in our household.
Eric Powell presents the first issue of an all new anthology series of scary camp fire tales for kids!
There is a lot to like about this story and it was definitely chilling. There are some themes or imagery that I find myself thinking back on days later. In my opinion that is the sign of a great story. This will no doubt be a very compelling series that I and many others will enjoy.
The only aspect that gives me pause are a few minor details that tend to break the spell and pull me out more
Scott Snyder and Hayden Sherman reunite for the next installment in the critically acclaimed Dark Spaces anthology series. A family moves from the rustle and bustle of the Big Apple to upstate New York. However, their father's dream of a quiet rural life are shattered when he discovers a dungeon underneath their land filled with tortu...
This is a nice tale that fits in well with the wider universe. The story itself is interesting and it sets it up such that I suspect these characters will appear in later issues.
A cunning and malevolent creature prowls the night harassing the people of the hills, but Rondel lays in wait to turn the creature's lust for revenge against him.
This is why the Rondel can't have no friends!
A demonic instrument corrupts the mountain folk as it travels from hand to hand down the generations.
The Flesh Eating Witch Child of Hoodoo Ridge crosses paths with the tear stained traveler Rondel!
A great opener for the story that has a small amount of action but mainly focuses on the story. It does a good job of both world building and character introduction.
An Appalachian Mountain fantasy epic that tells the story of Rondel. A lonely figure who wanders the wooded hills among witches and magical creatures as a folktale hero to those who dwell in this gritty dream world.
This was a great issue with a good story. It guest stars a familiar character that plays an interesting and compelling role in this tale. Overall I was impressed by this issue.
Rondel the Hillbilly must crossover into the plain of death to defeat supernatural forces. Guest starring one of Eric Powell's most popular supporting character in his long awaited return - Buzzard!
